The Malta Tourist Office (Visit Malta) needed a different approach to trade training and engagement to supplement the work of the Sales and Marketing teams.
The new platform must reflect the Visit Malta brand values and allow Visit Malta to own the agent data. The training needs to focus on demographics to help assist agents to advise on best suited activities.
Mogul delivered an award-winning training platform which uses purposely built lesson templates to house interactive content. The platform was launched with five individual courses, an introduction to Malta, plus, four courses which focus on the particular demographics; Families, Under 30’s, City Breakers and the LGBT+ community.
