July 2019 saw the launch of the Malta Training Programme built by Black Diamond's in-house web development team, Mogul. The training programme takes agents on a journey around the island, showcasing the breadth of activities that can be found to inspire holiday bookings. To announce the launch of the platform, Malta Tourism Authority took a high impact 4-page cover wrap with trade publication, Travel Weekly.
