Black Diamond appointed by Kyushu Tourism

Black Diamond has been appointed by Kyushu Tourism Promotion Organization to act as its first retained public relations and trade representation agency in the UK following a competitive pitch process. Kyushu is the second largest of four main islands in Japan encompassing seven prefectures in Southern Japan; Saga, Oita, Kumamoto, Nagasaki, Fukuoka, Kagoshima, Miyazaki. Blessed with a subtropical climate, Kyushu is a year-round destination renowned for hot springs, local delicacies and vast areas of natural beauty. Black Diamond will focus on showcasing the three Kyushu destinations (Oita, Fukuoka, Kumamoto) included in the forthcoming Rugby World Cup in 2019, as well as looking ahead to the opportunities surrounding the Tokyo Olympics in 2020.

Mr.Futoshi Watanabe, Managing Director of Kyushu Tourism Promotion Organization commented, "We are very excited to be promoting Kyushu in the UK together with Black Diamond. We hope that our promotional effort will be able to support both the presence of the Setouchi Region as well as Kyushu.
