Background

Exodus Travels is the original activity and adventure holiday company in the UK, having been established for over 40 years. Traditionally focused on selling directly to consumers, in more recent years trade relationships have become much more important to the business model.

Exodus approached us to help them develop an online learning platform that would aid their trade team in spreading the word about Exodus products, help them build stronger relationships with their trade partners, and help them engage new agencies and travel consultants.

What we did

We immersed ourselves in the Exodus culture in order to truly understand their ethos, products and customers. By doing so we were able to work with the trade and sales teams to produce a platform and content that resonates with their target trade partners and effectively communicates what Exodus stands for, why they are great to work with and their range of products.

Results and outcomes

Launched in summer 2016 with an agent incentive, the user base and engagement levels have continued to grow healthily. The trade team are now able to supplement their live training sessions with an extra digital layer, ensuring that these sessions have a longer legacy and therefore more value.
